1. Who processes refunds
DocNym purchases are planned to be processed by Paddle, the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle receives the payment and is responsible for issuing any approved refund. DocNym does not send refunds directly to a buyer outside Paddle.
2. Paddle policy and mandatory rights
Refund eligibility is determined under the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms and any mandatory consumer law that applies to you. Your non-waivable rights always take priority.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, digital-product transactions are generally non-refundable. Paddle may still review a request on a case-by-case basis, including where a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for its stated purpose.
3. How to request a refund
- Visit paddle.net.
- Locate the transaction using the purchase email and order details.
- Submit the refund request and describe the reason clearly.
If the issue concerns installation, license delivery or activation, you may first email support@docnym.com. Include the Paddle order number, product name and a concise description. Do not send confidential documents unless necessary.
4. Effect of a refund or chargeback
If a transaction is refunded, reversed or charged back, access to the associated product license may cease and the activation may be revoked. Fraud, refund abuse or manipulative behavior may result in a request being declined and the license being suspended.
5. Changes
The version of Paddle’s policy in effect at the time of the transaction governs that transaction, together with applicable law and any additional rights DocNym expressly grants. This page may be updated to reflect changes in the product or payment process.
