1. Supplier and agreement
The software licensor and supplier is 杭州塔泽克科技有限责任公司, whose published business address is Room E10-1-1672, No. 643 Shuangliu, Zhuantang Subdistrict, Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, People's Republic of China. The Supplier is identified as Limited liability company (有限责任公司) in Xihu District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, People's Republic of China under registration 91330106MAKPJDRJ24(the “Supplier”). Tazenqor is the Supplier's software brand. Contact: the published support address.
These Terms apply when you download, activate or use Tazenqor Privacy Cleaner. If you do not agree, do not install, activate or use the software. The product-specific Safety Notice and the description shown before purchase form part of these Terms.
2. Purchase through Paddle
Paddle acts as authorized reseller and merchant of record for an enabled transaction. Payment, tax, invoicing and order-level support are also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. The Supplier remains the software licensor and is responsible for product delivery, functionality, activation and product-level support.
The planned price is USD $29 as a one-time purchase for one activated Windows device. Taxes may be added. “One-time” does not promise perpetual updates, future major versions, indefinite compatibility or an indefinite online activation service.
3. License
Following a valid purchase, the Supplier grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased version on one activated Windows device for personal or internal business use. You may keep reasonable backup copies solely to reinstall that version on the licensed device.
You must not resell or share a license code; bypass activation or security controls; distribute the software; or reverse engineer it except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits despite this restriction.
4. File safety and user responsibilities
The software reduces supported metadata traces. It does not guarantee anonymity, complete sanitization, legal compliance or that a document is safe or suitable to share.
Keep an unmodified original, review the scan findings, open and inspect every output in its normal application, and confirm the recipient's requirements before sharing. Cleaning rewrites a copy. Files with detected digital signatures, macros or active content, interactive PDF forms, embedded PDF files, or unsupported embedded Office objects are scan-only and are not cleaned. The current stable workflow does not automatically delete comments, accept tracked revisions, remove hidden text, delete annotations or remove external relationships.
Do not rely on the software as the sole control for legal, medical, financial, immigration, regulatory, evidentiary, safety-critical or other high-consequence decisions. You are responsible for having authority to process the documents you select.
5. Updates, security and support
The Supplier may provide maintenance and security updates and may change technical requirements. Updates necessary to keep the supplied digital content in conformity will be provided where applicable law requires. Product and activation support is available through the support address; no guaranteed response time applies unless separately agreed.
The production release's security-support end date and supported major version must be published on the Security & Updates page before checkout opens. No pre-release evaluation build is promised production support.
Do not send confidential documents to support. Use a synthetic or redacted reproduction where possible. Security issues should be reported privately with the app version and steps to reproduce, without exposing third-party personal data.
6. Intellectual property and third-party components
The Supplier and its licensors retain their respective rights in the software, website, branding and documentation. You retain rights in the documents you process. Third-party software remains subject to its own notices and licenses included with the installer; these Terms do not restrict rights granted directly by those third-party licenses.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, the software must meet any non-waivable standards that apply in your country, which may include being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for a purpose made known and accepted. Statutory repair, replacement, price-reduction, refund, cancellation and data-damage remedies are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.
A request for immediate digital delivery and any acknowledgement concerning a cooling-off right do not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or non-conforming digital content.
8. Business-user limitations
This section applies only if you acquire the software wholly or mainly for business use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity or loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. The Supplier's aggregate liability for the product is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount paid for the affected license.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; death or personal injury caused by negligence; wilful misconduct; lack of the right to supply; or any liability, remedy or duty that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.
9. Termination and governing rules
You may stop using the software at any time. The Supplier may suspend activation for fraud, a refund, chargeback, unlawful use or material breach, subject to applicable law. Terms that by their nature should survive remain effective. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
Mandatory law and courts available to consumers in their place of residence remain available where required. For business users, the governing law and forum are those of the Supplier's published principal place of business unless a written order states otherwise.
10. Complaints and notices
Product, delivery and activation complaints follow the Complaints Policy. Transaction and refund requests may also be handled by Paddle. Notices sent to the support address are effective when received, subject to any mandatory rule that requires another method.
